At REVIEWUP.COM.AU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below to understand your options for refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Unused and unprogrammed items in original condition and packaging

  • Damaged or incorrect items received

  • Preprogrammed items that do not function as intended (e.g., NFC or QR Code fails to trigger the Google Review link)

We also accept change-of-mind returns, provided the item is unused and returned in original condition.

2. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Email support@reviewup.com.au within 14 days of delivery
  • Include your invoice receipt and reason for return
  • Ship the item back using tracked shipping (customer covers return shipping costs)


Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

 
3. Refunds via Stripe
  • Approved refunds are processed through Stripe, our secure payment gateway.

    • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your bank statement

    • Timing may vary depending on your bank

4. Exchanges
  • All REVIEWUP products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. To make a warranty claim:

    1. Email support@reviewup.com.au with your order details

    2. Return the item using tracked shipping (customer covers return shipping)

    3. We’ll inspect the item and send a replacement if the claim is approved

5. Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by manufacturing defects

  • Items returned without proof of purchase

  • Items returned after the 14-day window
